Who will take care of your children ?
The most important thing for all our babysitters is to have a positive relation to children, to have a medical or pedagogical education or a lot of experience with babysitting. We also support their creativity; musical, artistic or sport specializations which can enhance the development of your child. We choose our future babysitters in the following way - first they have to sit for a detailed personal interview where we focus on their moral and character qualities; they also have to submit a confirmation of their good health condition and an extract from the police records not older then 3 months. We also check references from their previous jobs. When a client chooses a particular babysitter this has to take psychological tests lead by a professional psychologist. We choose our employees very carefully to gain and keep the trust of our clients and we are regularly in contact with them to continuously improve our services.
Your requirements - a non-binding order
If you are interested in this service please fill in this non-binding order where you should define the day and time of babysitting, commencement date, health conditions of your child and other requirements. Then you will be contacted by our agency representative who will propose you an adequate babysitter fulfilling all your requirements; you will also get all necessary information such as the information about the price (the approximate price for single-time babysitting is 160 SKK/hour, with regular babysitting the price is lower). All data you enter in this form will be used only for internal purposes of our agency and it will not be presented to third parties.
If you are interested in regular babysitting we will organize an opening meeting with you, a selected babysitter and a representative of our agency where you will have the possibility to check the babysitter and discuss the range of their duties.
Contract and payment
Client-agency relations are defined in the contract - the Service contract includes the range of services, its performance, time, duration, and price and payment conditions. All rights and duties of the agency and the client are specified in the contract.
On the basis of a worksheet of the employee signed by the client we invoice the respective amount to the client usually once a month. Payments can be made either in cash or by a bank transfer. As for single-time cleaning we invoice right after the cleaning and the clients shall make their payments in cash.
Insurance
Our agency is insured against potential damages caused accidentally during the cleaning works.
